Hermes Realty Group welcomes Ryan Waldrep

Hermes Realty Group is pleased to announce the addition of a new member to our team. Ryan Waldrep has joined the Hermes Realty Group as a Buyer’s Agent.

Ryan recently joined Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners, and after spending some time with him, we quickly saw in him professionalism, his determination to succeed, and his friendly personality. Ryan was eager to be a part of a dynamic team, and we knew right away he would be a good fit and a valuable addition to our Group.

Ryan has lived in Gwinnett County since 1992 after moving from Columbus, Georgia. He has owned and operated a successful courier company for the past 13 years. He was able to use his drive and customer service skills to build the company to growth and success. After recently hiring someone to run the day to day courier business, Ryan has been able to focus on a new passion and new adventure – Real Estate.

Ryan is very excited about the opportunity to follow his passion into Real Estate. He is particularly eager to help individuals and families find the homes of their dreams. He looks forward to creating lifelong relationships with his buyers.

Ryan is a dedicated person and takes his role as a Real Estate Consultant, not just another agent, and his fiduciary responsibility in representing his buyers very seriously. He is eager to build those relationships so that buyers  have 100% confidence in his ability to find them the right home, in the right location, at the right price!
