I'm Grace Theus! I was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia where I still live with my Golden Doodle, Dolly. After graduating Peachtree Ridge High School in Gwinnett County, I then moved to Savannah where I earned a degree in Interior Design and a minor in Architectural History at the Savannah College of Art and Design. During my time in college, I was able to study abroad in France and Hong Kong which immersed me in various cultures and communities. As your agent, I will guide you through the real estate process while placing value on design aesthetics, your vision and helping to foster a sense of community.
